Sahaja Yoga
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method that takes you beyond the mental, emotional, and physical state to connect with your true inner self.
The term Sahaja combines two Sanskrit words: Saha, meaning “with,” and ja, meaning “born.” Together, they signify innate or spontaneous. The word Yoga means union or joining.
Thus, Sahaja Yoga can be interpreted as “the innate union” or “the spontaneous connection” that exists within every individual from birth.
Instead, it focuses on allowing the innate energy to rise naturally, guided by the practitioner’s pure desire for self-realization. This helps in slowing down the constant overthinking and worrying and in turn bringing about inner balance and harmony.
